The Multi-Stage Hot Milling Process

HOW IT WORKS

1. Radiant heat is applied to the surface
2. The 1st set of rotary cutters mill to a 25 mm depth and auger material to center  windrow
3. A conveyor lifts the 1st layer over the next heater to expose the 2nd layer for heating
4. The next 25 mm layer is heated and milled to center windrow
5. Add rejuvenator and up to 30% new asphalt mix
6. A conventional paver relays the recycled materials
